    Meat Plant Workers Tell Judge Others Can't Join FLSA Deal

    A class of 770 Armour-Eckrich Meats LLC plant workers urged a Minnesota federal judge Monday to exclude more than 100 newly disclosed class members from a $350,000 settlement over donning and doffing wage claims, saying the company failed to disclose the workers until after the deal already was approved.
