    Insurer Pounces To Protect 'Wild Kingdom' Trademark

    Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. on Wednesday slapped a carpeting and rug manufacturer with a lawsuit that claims the manufacturer's "Wild Kingdom" line of carpets infringes Mutual of Omaha's trademarks for the "Wild Kingdom" television program it has sponsored since 1963.
