VirnetX Sues Microsoft For Breaching $200M Patent License
VirnetX Holding Corp. hit Microsoft Corp. with a new patent infringement suit in Texas federal court Monday, claiming the software giant's Skype and Lync programs violate six VirnetX patents — three years after the company won a $106 million verdict against Microsoft for infringing some of the same patents.
