    Fed. Circ. Judge Says Expert Report Doesn't Flout Nautilus

    A Federal Circuit judge sitting by designation in Texas district court has refused Netgear Inc. and Vizio Inc.'s bid to exclude an expert report over a wireless patent's validity that failed to use the U.S. Supreme Court's new indefiniteness standard, saying the difference between the expert's standard and the high court's version was negligible.
