    Old Republic Title Co. To Pay $12M To Settle Wage Suit

    The Old Republic Title Co. and two of its affiliates agreed to pay $12 million to settle a proposed class action on behalf of about 1,100 employees who accused the companies of breaking "an array" of wage and hour laws, according to a motion filed Tuesday in California federal court.
