Network Cos. Say Radware Load-Balance Patents Invalid
Two computer networking companies urged a California federal judge on Friday to throw out Radware Ltd.'s lawsuits accusing them of infringing three patents on network load balancing, arguing that the patents are invalid because their language improperly mixes patent claims or is unclear.

Irell & Manella DQ'd In Patent Row Over Client Conflict
A California federal judge on Wednesday disqualified Irell & Manella LLP from representing networking equipment supplier A10 Networks Inc. in a patent infringement case brought by Radware Ltd., ruling that Irell's work on behalf of Radware in a prior suit presents a conflict.
