Network Cos. Say Radware Load-Balance Patents Invalid

Law360, San Francisco (May 2, 2014, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Two computer networking companies urged a California federal judge on Friday to throw out Radware Ltd.'s lawsuits accusing them of infringing three patents on network load balancing, arguing that the patents are invalid because their language improperly mixes patent claims or is unclear.

A10 Networks Inc. and F5 Networks Inc. argued that many of the claims in Radware's patents improperly mix system and method claims, making those claims invalid, according to Federal Circuit rulings.
