Google Gets 2 Streaming Video Patents Killed Under Alice
A Delaware federal judge has ruled that two streaming-video patents that VideoShare LLC accused Google Inc. of infringing are invalid under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice decision because they only cover the abstract idea of sharing streaming video online.
