French footwear designer Christian Louboutin continues to defend his trademark for red-soled women's shoes, launching suit in New York federal court Tuesday alleging Charles Jourdan Fashion Footwear LLC infringed his trademark by selling counterfeit shoes bearing the red soles synonymous with Louboutin's high-priced footwear.
