Delphi Automotive PLC told a Michigan federal court Tuesday that it cannot provide any more business records to its rival Furukawa Electric Co. as it continues to grapple with accusations in multidistrict litigation that it conspired to set the price of certain parts, arguing it has already handed over all it can.

Auto parts manufacturer Grupo Antolin North America Inc. sought Tuesday to head off a discovery subpoena for its sales documents in vast multidistrict litigation over price-fixing allegations to which it is not a party, arguing in Michigan federal court that it possesses few of the documents sought and those it does have are privileged.

A Michigan federal judge on Friday denied car parts supplier Lear Corp.'s bid for a quick appeal after the court refused to dismiss antitrust lawsuits brought by consumers who claim the company participated in a scheme to fix prices and rig bids on automotive wire harnesses.
