    Texas Judge Seeks Answers For 'Misleading' Info In IP Row

    A Texas magistrate judge on Tuesday ordered O'Neil Data Systems Inc. to explain several apparent inconsistencies in a declaration filed as part of the company's bid to transfer a patent infringement suit out of the Eastern District, saying he was "troubled" by the conflicting information and by O'Neil's response.
