Ford Drivers Get Green Light For $17M Touch Screen Deal
A California federal judge gave preliminary approval Thursday to a settlement of at least $17 million in a class action brought by drivers against Ford over claims that it sold cars with defective touch screens, with an additional $16 million to cover legal fees and costs for class counsel.
