TD Ameritrade Gets Whistleblower Suit Sent To Arbitration
A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday sent a whistleblower suit against TD Ameritrade Inc. to arbitration, ruling that a employee who was terminated after alleging securities violations has a claim under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, but can't use the law to void an arbitration agreement.
