The broadcast network for the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals baseball teams told a Colorado federal judge on Friday that it plans to appeal its loss to Cable Audit Associates Inc., in a $21 million contract dispute, to the Tenth Circuit.

Cable Audit Associates Inc. told a Colorado federal court Friday that an award of more than $22,500 in costs was not too high, after the media industry auditor defeated a $21 million contract suit by the broadcast network for the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals baseball teams.
