A California federal judge on Tuesday refused Oracle America Inc.'s request for sanctions against Terix Computer Company Inc. and two related entities in a copyright infringement suit for concealing evidence that allegedly showed they misused Oracle's copyrighted software because Oracle couldn't prove bad faith conduct.
