A Delaware federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider his dismissal of four lawsuits against AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Online LLC and others for violating a slew of technology patents, ruling the patents' licensee had plenty of time to fix its complaints before they were thrown out.
