Sun Life Faces $30M Suit Over Denied Life Insurance Claims
Imperial Premium Finance LLC filed a $30 million breach of contract lawsuit against Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada in Florida federal court on Monday, claiming the insurer fraudulently denied life insurance policy claims after making "unequivocal promises" it would not do so.
