    Purported precious metals wholesaler AmeriFirst Management LLC and its owners must pay $35 million in restitution and penalties to resolve a U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission suit alleging they operated an illegal, off-exchange financing scheme for gold, silver and platinum transactions, the CFTC said Thursday.
