The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday asked a federal court to nix Case New Holland Inc.'s lawsuit over a mass email the agency allegedly sent to the company's employees' business accounts in an attempt to drum up age bias claimants, saying the court lacks jurisdiction over the matter.
