    Irish drugmaker Shire PLC and its U.S. unit were targeted by the Louisiana attorney general in a suit removed to federal court Monday that claims they promoted certain attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drugs for off-label uses and obtained federal Medicare reimbursements for such improper use.
