HP Gets Wireless Printer Defect Claims Dismissed Again
For the second time in a year, a California federal judge has dismissed a proposed class action accusing Hewlett-Packard Co. of selling wireless printers with a defect that resulted in spotty connections to computers, ruling Thursday that the claims were either time-barred or insufficiently pled.
