B/E Aerospace Inc. on Thursday urged a California federal judge to toss rival MAG Aerospace Industries Inc.'s patent suit over parts of a vacuum toilet for use on aircraft, seeking judgments of noninfringement and saying the patents are invalid as indefinite and anticipated by prior art.
