    11th Circ. Denies Fees For Withdrawn Atty In Tobacco Suit

    The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday ruled that a Florida attorney could not collect fees for litigation work he did for Aldar Tobacco Group LLC because he voluntarily withdrew from the case before the case settled and Aldar recovered money.
