    The Eleventh Circuit on Tuesday refused to revive a putative class action claiming Allstate Floridian Insurance Co. charged excessive premiums to customers following severe hurricanes in 2004 and 2005, finding the plaintiffs' challenge to the lower court ruling was improper.
