Poultry Co. To Institute ADA Policy As Part Of EEOC Deal
Poultry processor House of Raeford Farms Inc. has agreed to pay $52,000 and develop an anti-discrimination policy as part of a settlement in a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of an anemic worker, the agency announced Wednesday.
