Professors Side With YouTube In $1B Viacom Copyright Case
A group of professors who teach copyright law on Friday filed an amicus brief asking the Second Circuit to find that Viacom International Inc. is disrupting the balance struck by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act with its $1 billion suit against Google Inc.'s YouTube.
