    The Tenth Circuit rejected Chesapeake Exploration LLC's attempts to escape an order to pay BP America Production Co. $24 million in damages and fees stemming from title defects on wells that Chesapeake sold BP, ruling Friday that Chesapeake had waived its right to arbitrate the damages.
