EEOC, Abercrombie Settle Hijab Religious Bias Suit
Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. and the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission said Monday that they had resolved an EEOC suit over the company's refusal to hire a woman who wore a hijab to a job interview, a development that comes less than two months after the U.S. Supreme Court revived the EEOC's case.
