    Pacific Foods Escapes Evaporated Cane Juice Class Actions

    A putative consumer class action accusing Pacific Foods of Oregon Inc. of misleading consumers by disguising sugar as "evaporated cane juice" failed to claim that the plaintiffs actually relied on the ingredients list when buying the company's drinks and soups, a California federal judge ruled Wednesday.
