    The Ninth Circuit on Friday overturned a lower court's order barring an expert from testifying that Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp.'s bone drugs Aredia and Zometa caused a user to sustain jaw injuries, ruling that the doctor's testimony was not unreliable or irrelevant.
