Urban Outfitters ZIP Code Suit Settled With Gift Cards
The lead plaintiff in a proposed class action accusing Urban Outfitters and Free People LLC of improperly collecting ZIP codes from customers at checkout told a Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday that the retailers had agreed to settle her claims by giving class members a $20 gift card.
