    Calif. Cane Juice Suit Partially Thrown Out

    A California federal judge on Wednesday doled out a partial win to Santa Cruz Natural in a class action accusing the company of concealing the presence of sugar in its sodas and juices by labeling them as containing evaporated cane juice, saying there’s no grounds for injunctive relief since the consumers don’t plan to buy the beverages again in the future.
