    Citgo To Pay Penalty, Step Up Pollution Controls In CAA Deal

    Citgo Petroleum Corp. will pay a $737,000 civil penalty and install new pollution controls at its refineries in Illinois and Louisiana to resolve alleged Clean Air Act violations, including the Louisiana refinery spewing excess benzene and other air toxics, U.S. authorities said Thursday.
