Fed. Circ. Shoots Down Bid To Revive Mexican Steel Duties
The Federal Circuit on Thursday halted an effort to reinstate anti-dumping duties on imports of stainless steel and strip from Mexico, as the panel was unswayed by arguments from U.S. producers that the U.S. International Trade Commission had erred in ruling the imports were not harming domestic business.

Steel Makers Ask Fed. Circ. To Revive Mexican Import Duties
Two American steel producers asked a Federal Circuit panel Tuesday to revive anti-dumping duties on Mexican stainless steel and strip, claiming the U.S. International Trade Commission ignored evidence that the imports were already injuring domestic business before the duties were lifted.
