    MSC Cruise Agrees To Settle $2M Credit Card Fee Action

    The North America sales arm for cruise line MSC Crociere SA on Wednesday agreed to settle its lawsuit brought against JetPay Merchant Services LLC and Merrick Bank Corp. over $2 million in allegedly improper fees, one day after a Florida federal judge trimmed a number of the plaintiff's claims.
