Georgia Power To Pay $1.58M In EEOC Disability Bias Suit
Georgia Power Co. will pay nearly $1.6 million to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on behalf of 24 workers, according to a consent decree filed in Georgia federal court on Tuesday.
