L-3 Can't Get Injunction Lifted After Securing AIA Review

A New Jersey federal judge has rejected L-3 Communications Holdings Inc.'s request to lift a preliminary injunction on it in a patent case over stray voltage detectors, ruling that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's decision to review the patents under the American Invents Act doesn't warrant ending the sales ban.
