A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action accusing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. of misleading customers into paying twice as much for its store-brand migraine medicine by marketing it as more effective, finding the drug's higher price and the color of the packaging do not constitute misrepresentations.
