    Tea Co. Sanctioned Over Late-Produced Emails In TM Row

    A Washington federal judge Wednesday ordered a kombucha tea maker and its counsel to pay attorneys’ fees to Clearly Food & Beverage Co. Inc. for failing to protect confidential data and a late disclosure of key emails that delayed the trial over Top Shelf Beverages Inc.'s alleged infringement of its "Clearly Canadian" trademark.
