    DC Circ. Orders Feds To Revisit Fuel-Cell Travel Ban

Circuit on Friday ordered the federal government to re-evaluate a rule barring airline passengers and crew from carrying in their checked baggage butane-powered micro fuel cells used as alternatives to batteries to power portable electronics, citing dissimilar treatment of aerosols and other products containing flammable gas.
