Fed. Circ. Revives Cisco Patent Suit Despite Rule 36 Order
The Federal Circuit revived on Wednesday a patent suit against Cisco Systems Inc. and several tech giants due to claim construction errors, even though it previously affirmed a decision that IBM Corp. did not infringe, which led to the lower court ruling in favor of the other defendants.
