    6th Circ. Says Condo Owner Can't Sue Bankrupt Co.'s Insurers

    In an unpublished opinion Thursday, the Sixth Circuit upheld a district court's ruling that there is no exception to a Tennessee law barring a condo owner from directly suing the insurers of two companies that she says defrauded her, even though the alleged perpetrators entered bankruptcy while the woman's lawsuit against them was still pending.
