Dilworth Paxson LLP and Cryo-Cell International Inc. notified a Florida federal judge on Monday that they have finalized a settlement resolving a lawsuit the cryogenics company brought against Dilworth Paxson after the law firm's advice allegedly led to the cancellation of a contract Cryo-Cell had with a Mexican affiliate.

Cryo-Cell International Inc. hit Philadelphia-based law firm Dilworth Paxson LLP and one of its partners with a lawsuit in Florida state court Friday, seeking damages after legal advice allegedly led to the cancellation of a 2009 agreement with a Mexican affiliate company.
