Dilworth Paxson, Cryo-Cell Settle Suit Over Lost Contract
Dilworth Paxson LLP and Cryo-Cell International Inc. notified a Florida federal judge on Monday that they have finalized a settlement resolving a lawsuit the cryogenics company brought against Dilworth Paxson after the law firm's advice allegedly led to the cancellation of a contract Cryo-Cell had with a Mexican affiliate.
