Dilworth Paxson Gave Negligent Advice, Cryogenics Co. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2013, 9:35 PM EDT) -- Cryo-Cell International Inc. hit Philadelphia-based law firm Dilworth Paxson LLP and one of its partners with a lawsuit in Florida state court Friday, seeking damages after legal advice allegedly led to the cancellation of a 2009 agreement with a Mexican affiliate company.
