    St. Jude Says Cancer Drug Research Infringes Patents

    St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Inc. sued Xcovery Holding Co. LLC in Tennessee federal court on Tuesday, accusing Xcovery of infringing three of St. Jude's patents during its research and development of X-396, a drug being developed for treatment of advanced cancers.
