    3rd Circ. Keeps Jurisdiction Over Virgin Islands AG Dispute

    The Third Circuit on Wednesday ruled that it would retain jurisdiction over decisions made by the highest court in the Virgin Islands before the passage of a federal law expressly moving that jurisdiction elsewhere, finding that it had the authority to rule on a decision in which the court had ruled an assistant attorney general shouldn't be reinstated in his job.
