Bankrate To Pay $18M To Settle Shareholder Suit
Bankrate Inc. has agreed to pay $18 million to settle a putative shareholder class action that alleged the financial information company inflated its stock price by misleading investors about the quality of the insurance leads it sold, according to documents filed Wednesday in New York federal court.
