    A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed a lawsuit brought by Ralph Lauren Corp. against United States Polo Association Inc. and others for allegedly refusing to abide by a 2003 settlement governing the use of the plaintiff's iconic mounted polo-player trademark, saying the case belongs in arbitration.
