USANA Flouted 'Live Person' Software License, Suit Says
Technology company Live Face on Web LLC on Thursday sued USANA Health Sciences Inc. in Pennsylvania federal court for allegedly violating their licensing agreement by creating unauthorized derivatives of Live Face's software for a virtual online spokesperson.
