    Amazon Wins 'Upselling' Patent Row Under Alice

    A Delaware federal judge tossed a patent suit against Amazon.com Inc. alleging that the online retail giant infringed a patent on a computerized method for "upselling," ruling on Wednesday that under the Supreme Court's Alice decision, it was clear that all of Tuxis Technologies LLC's claims of the patent were drawn to ineligible subject matter.
